British Ceramics Biennial

Last week I went along to the opening night of the British Ceramics Biennial in Stoke. I was invited by my friend Suet Yi Yip who was exhibiting a selection of her ceramic work there.
We had a fantastic evening, the work on display was lovely! There was also a cute cafe area selling beautiful cakes and cups of tea on vintage crockery, my favourite :)

The exhibition was held in an old unused ceramics factory, so the space was amazing! I took some photos on my camera  of some of the work on show, unfortunately I don't have the names of the designers...

 There's more images!

These illustrations were painted on the walls around the entrance and the cafe area, they looked so cheery and wonderful.
